For many years, I carried a deep, hidden emptiness. No matter what I tried, something always felt missing. Because of that emptiness, I often found myself drifting into different emotional states and chasing after all kinds of worldly desires.
But when I finally sought the Lord with all my heart – studying His Word faithfully, serving Him wholeheartedly, and bringing every little thing to Him in prayer – I discovered what I had been missing all along: a close relationship with the Creator.
God’s truth gave me something solid to anchor my life on. It filled the void and calmed the restlessness inside. And whoever you are, I truly hope He does the same for you.
